Foundation First Friday, eleven44 and Hotel Renew by Aston Present DJ Marc Marzenit

Foundation Friday is one of the only places in the Downtown First Friday playground featuring a variety of house music -- from deep to disco, and tech-house to techno.

The year starts off right with special guest DJ and producer Marc Marzenit from Barcelona, Spain, Friday, January 2, 2015. Marzenit's productions have been applauded by house heavy hitters such as Sven Väth, John Digweed, Hernan Cattaneo, and Dave Seaman. Marzenit will be playing a two-hour long DJ set at eleven44, followed by a very exclusive live set at Asylum Afterhours.

Marzenit started dabbling in music at the age of nine, both with an upright piano and Casio keyboard, and he started DJing at age 15. His music has been release on the Bedrock, Cocoon, Tronic, Natura Sonoris, and Sudbeat labels. Marzenit's musical influences, including Classical music, often can be heard in his electronic mixes. And he has taken his music throughout Europe, the U.S., Canada, and South America. Marzenit recently releases his debut album "To Love Until We Say Goodbye", a conceptual album illustrating Marzenit's musical journey. First Friday at eleven44

eleven44 is Honolulu's newest lounge and nightclub and is place to enjoy the company of friends, along with premium cocktails and savory cocktails. Honolulu's favorite DJs features Thursday through Saturday, with House music on Fridays and music from the 80s, 90s and Top 40 Thursdays and Saturday. eleven44, 1144 Bethel Street, is a block from the historic Hawaii Theatre. Several convenient parking options available, including valet service (located in front of eleven44).

No cover charge for this 21 and over First Friday event. "Dress to impress" suggested, but not enforced. However, beachwear, such as short, slippers and baseball caps discouraged.

All night VSP Bottle Service available, which includes no cover/no line for host and guests. VSP Bottle Service reservations at vsp@eleven44hawaii.

Whether it's a cup of fresh, brewed Molokai coffee that calls, or a cocktail, there's something for you at eleven44. Indoor and sidewalk seating and free wi-fi. Right next door, you'll find eleven44 -- Honolulu's newest venue.

Amenities include an elevated stage, green room, and quality sound and lighting system. eleven44 also has VIP seating and full bar service. Depending on the seating configuration, anywhere from 100 to 200, comfortably.

eleven44 is a comfortable, modern space offers free wi-fi and in-store and sidewalk seating. Proudly serving Molokai coffee, house-made salads, sandwiches, pastries, sweets, and tapas. BambuTwo's specialties are the $2 bottomless cup of coffee and premium martinis for just $3.50 - all day, every day. Open Monday thru Saturday, 7:00 a.m. to 2:00 a.m.

Our coffee bar proudly serves Molokai coffee drinks, including four different roasts and
barista-made drinks, including lattes, cappuccinos, and mochas. Take advantage of Bambu's $2 bottomless cup of coffee (available at the cafe).

Cocktails

$3.50 Skyy martinis served all day, every day. Of course, Bambu has a complete bar,
featuring your favorite spirits, along with a selection of beer and wine (by the glass
and bottle).

In addition to favorites, like the Appletini, Cosmopolitan, Lemon Drop, and Lychee
Martini's, BambuTwo has 30+ extra special martinis like...

The GQ
A smooth combination of Gentlemen Jack, triple sec and a few limes ($8)

The Guinness Martini
Espresso, vanilla vodka, Kahlua, and Tia Maria liquor presented like a perfectly poured
glass of Guinness ($8)

Parisian Martini
Grey Goose, Chambord, and Grand Marnier... Ooh la la! ($9)

Salt and Pepper Martini
Absolut Pepper, dry vermouth, and olive juice ($7)

Food

Pair your coffee or cocktail with Du Vin-made savory and sweet treats ($2 - $8). House specialties include marinated olives ($2.50), hummus and pita chips ($4) and hot artichoke-spinach and cheese dip, served with pita chips ($4).

Ask about the day's freshly made selection of salads, quiche, tapas, sandwiches, cookies, bars, cakes, and candied nuts. Catering for in-caf groups and events available.
