It's been exactly 30 years since Jimmy Buffett first performed at the Waikiki Shell - and he's planning quite a shindig to celebrate the anniversary!

Jimmy's Honolulu concert, part of his "Welcome to Fin Land" Tour, will be extra-special for Parrotheads and pledges alike - a voyage through decades of music and mindset that defy category, wrapped in an evening of revelry at the foot of Diamond Head and mere steps from the most inspirational beach in the world.

HONOLULU, HI (MONDAY, FEBRUARY 13, 2012) --- HONOLULU, the wait is over.

Jimmy Buffett and the Coral Reefer Band will perform at the WAIKIKI SHELL for one night only on Sunday, March 18 at 7:30pm, as part of Jimmy Buffett’s “WELCOME TO FIN LAND” Tour 2012. Local Parrotheads won't want to miss their chance to soak in the full Margaritaville experience.

This concert marks the 30^th anniversary of Jimmy’s first appearance at the Waikiki Shell in April 1982.

Encoress, Jimmy’s most recent release, is a live acoustic double CD, featuring 22 of Jimmy’s intimate final encore songs recorded in multiple U.S. cities as well as Paris. This unique collection showcases Jimmy solo acoustic (12 songs), includes some special guests and is unlike anything he’s ever released before.
