A great friend of the Hawaii Forgiveness Project is the renowned Chungliang Al Huang, known worldwide as a master of T'ai Chi, the ancient art of change and movement from China.

We supported his trip to Beijing in October, to perform the Five Principles of Peace at the National People's Congress. He helped us take the lei that was made by our great 'ohana at Forgiveness Day, and present them to the people of China as a gesture of peace from the people of Hawaii.

Now, we are again proud to support Chungliang's work in Hawaii, together with The Still and Moving Center, in connection with another great friend of the Forgiveness Project, Ramsay Taum. For this occasion, three important teachers will work with Chungliang to explore the potent conjunction of three other movement arts: hula, lua and yoga.

And on the evening of Valentine's Day, February 14, there will be a dance celebration of the 98th Birthday of Jean Campbell, the wife of renowned philosopher of mythology, Joseph Campbell.

All in all -- next week will be a special week.
