Loading Zone is the NEW ART & PERFORMANCE venue in the heart of Honolulu Chinatown district.

The artist known as Culture Shocka will be taking over Loading Zone for the entire month of March.

Beginning on First Friday (3.7.2014), the grand opening will include live music, painting, and dance acts in addition to an exhibition of work by Culture Shocka and some of his closest friends.

The Last Saturday (3.29.2014) will include a premier of Culture Shocka's music video, and close out the "Hi On Life" experience once again with live music, painting and dance acts.

Performing Arts

Loading Zone features a 1,900 square ft of creative space for performing artists to showcase and share their work. Our resident performance groups include: Dancers Unlimited and African Dance & Drum.

Performances by our resident and guest artists are always ongoing at Loading Zone, showcasing collaborations between Hawaii's artists, musicians, and designers. To be considered for our performing arts residency program, please drop by Loading Zone for an application.
