Reminder of order and decorum & rules of speaking: Persons wishing to speak on agenda items must raise their hand and, when recognized by the Chair, to address comments to the Chair. Speakers are encouraged to keep their comments under two (2) minutes, and those giving reports are urged to keep their reports under two (2) minutes unless otherwise directed by the Chair. Board Members shall adhere to Board speaking limits.

B. Information Briefing on Filing Deadline on September 1, 2017 relating to Ordinance 17-13, Real Property Tax Assessment Application for Residential Use Dedication affecting Executive Centre, 1088 Bishop Street, Harbor Court, 66 Queen Street, and Royal Queen Emma, 222 Vineyard Boulevard, Brent Fujiwara, City Real Property Assessment Division, (10 minutes)

C. Information Briefing on Law Enforcement Assisted Diversion (LEAD), a pre-booking or pre-arrest diversion program for homeless adults, Greg Payton, Mental Health Kokua, (10 minutes)

XI ANNOUNCEMENTS

A. The next regular meeting is scheduled for Thursday, September 7, 2017, Hawaii Pacific

University, One Aloha Tower Drive, Multi-Purpose Room 2 at 7:00 p.m.

B. The Neighborhood Citizen's Patrol meets each Tuesday on the Diamond Head side of

Kukui Plaza at 8:00 p.m. Please consider joining the patrol and supporting its efforts as they

express their service and pride in our Downtown/Chinatown community.

C. Broadcast-Videotape of Board meetings are scheduled to be shown on the 3rd Thursday, and

on the 2nd and 4th Saturday, Channel 54.
