Reminder of order and decorum: Persons wishing to speak on agenda items must raise their hand and, when recognized, address the Chair. Each member of the audience is entitled to speak once for up to two (2) minutes on any agenda item unless otherwise directed by the Chair. Board Members shall adhere to Board speaking limits.

A. Street Closure on Sunday, December 17, 2017, 4th Annual Make a Wish Hawaii Jingle Bell Rock Run Event, 5:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m., State Capitol, Beretania Street to Ward Avenue to King Street to Bishop Street to Hotel Street to River Street and around Aala Park to Beretania Street to the State Capitol, Megan Keir Development Officer (10 minutes).
B. Request to Increase the Hourly Duration Time on Street Parking Meters from One to Two hours located on Bethel Street, Nuuanu Street, Smith Street, from Nimtiz Highway to Beretania Street, and on Pauahi Street from Maunakea Street to Bethel Street, subject to the final decision of the City Transportation Service, Nicole Reid, Arts Center Merchant Enterprise, (10 minutes).
C. Presentation Destructing Sex Work and Sex Traffic Conference, January 9, 2018, Ala Moana Hotel, 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., Trace Ryan, Harm Reduction Hawaii, (Five (5) minutes).
D. Presentation, River Walk Improvement Project which includes College Walk, Sun Yat Sen Mall, and Aala Park, Dean Sakamoto, Architect, SHADE (10 minutes).
E. Installation of 16 Wireless Small Cell Infrastructure on City Light Poles in the Downtown area, Allen Kam, Mobilitie Five (Five (5) minutes).
F. Alert, Annual Honolulu City Light Public Workers Electric Light Parade, Saturday, December 2, 2017, 5:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m., Street Closures, King Street from Iwilei Road to Alapai Street, City Department of Customer Services Five (Five (5) minutes).
G. Alert, Traffic Advisory and Street Closures, 2017 Annual Honolulu Marathon Run, Sunday, December 10, 2017, 4:30 a.m. - 9:00 a.m., (Five (5) minutes).
H. Update on Biki (Bike Share) Station located on Maunakea Street near North King Street, and on Sun Yat Sen Mall near River Street and North Beretania Street, (Five (5) minutes).

B. The Neighborhood Citizen's Patrol meets each Tuesday on the Diamond Head side of Kukui Plaza at
8:00 p.m. Please consider joining the patrol and supporting its efforts as they express their service and pride in our Downtown-Chinatown community.
C. Broadcast-Videotape of Board meetings are scheduled to be shown on the 3rd Thursday, and on the
2nd and 4th Saturday, Channel 54.
