Speakers are encouraged to keep their comments under two (2) minutes, and those giving reports are urged to keep their reports under two (2) minutes unless otherwise directed by the Chair. Board Members shall adhere to Board speaking limits.

A. HPD presentation of Project HELP, LT Mike Lambert, HPD (10 minutes)
B. Request for street closure, Friday 4 May 2018, 7:30 p.m. - 1:30 a.m., Hotel Street between Smith Street and NuÔuanu Avenue for First Friday Mural Installation Community Block Party. Event plans to serve and sell alcohol in a tent located on Hotel Street; live music will be held during this event. Nicole Reid, Event Organizer (10 minutes)
C. Request for additional information in reference to street closure, Cinco de Mayo Block Party, Saturday 5 May 2018, 6:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m., NuÔuanu Avenue from Pauahi Street to King Street. Event plans to serve and sell alcohol on NuÔuanu Avenue; live music will be held during this event. Nancy Ortiz, Event Organizer (10 minutes)
D. Kapalama Container Terminal project update, Howard Chee, and Darrell Young, Deputy Director, State Department of Transportation, Harbors Division (10 minutes)
E. AARP presentation of various programs involving Kupuna Care, Elder Fraud Prevention, AARP publications, and bilingual programs, Jackie Boland, AARP (10 minutes)
F. Discussion on the Downtown-Chinatown Neighborhood Board 2013 position that alcohol sales will cease no later than 10:00 pm for street closure events.

A. The next regular meeting is scheduled for Thursday 3 May 2018, Hawaii Pacific University, One Aloha Tower Drive, Multi-Purpose Room 2 at 7:00 p.m.
B. The Neighborhood Citizen Patrol meets each Tuesday on the Diamond Head side of Kukui Plaza at 8:00 p.m. Please consider joining the patrol and supporting its efforts as they express their service and pride in our Downtown/Chinatown community.
C. Rebroadcasts of Downtown-Chinatown Neighborhood Board 13 meetings are scheduled on Ô lelo channel 49 for every third Thursday at 9:00 p.m., as well as 6:00 a.m. on the second and fourth Saturdays of each month.
