Limited Access to Honolulu Hale starting Monday
HONOLULU -- Beginning Monday, March 30, Mayor Kirk Caldwell is limiting access to Honolulu Hale, located at 530 South King Street, Honolulu, Hawaiʻi, 96813.
City employees performing essential business will be allowed into Honolulu Hale and must display their city identification badges.
Members of the public performing essential business will be required to sign in at the security desk with their name, phone number, and destination in the building. They will also need to provide and surrender a valid identification. The visitor will be issued a Visitor ID which must be displayed at all times. The valid ID surrendered will be returned upon return of the Visitor ID at the security desk.
This move is to mitigate the spread of COVID-19 and promote safety and social distancing for city employees and those they serve in the City and County of Honolulu.
