Please know that requisite precautions to mitigate disease transmission during the meeting will be enforced by the sergeant at arms. If you are not comfortable attending the meeting in person, the Neighborhood Commission website accepts written testimony readily, as described in the boxed information at the foot of this agenda.
To maintain meeting efficiency, persons within the gallery wishing to speak aloud regarding items on the agenda below must make all reasonable efforts to queue with appropriate distancing near the guest microphone before the prior speaker has completed his or her presentation or statements. Alternative means of submitting questions without approaching the microphone are available; please be mindful of advisements about such by the Chair.
When recognized by the Chair, advance from the queue, approach the microphone while following distancing precautions, and avoid touching or adjusting the microphone. Kindly address your comments to the Chair; speakers are afforded up to two minutes (inclusive of approach to the microphone, a statement or question, and receipt of any response to same) on any agenda item unless otherwise di-rected by the Chair.
The meeting may be recorded for viewing on lelo. To ensure that all verbal comments remain audible, please speak towards the des-ignated microphone to enable your message to be heard during rebroadcasts of the meeting.
To permit sufficient time for questions, those giving reports are urged to keep their presentations under three minutes unless otherwise advised. Board Members shall adhere to speaking limits per Board protocol. Please silence all electronic devices while within the meet-ing venue.
