Hawai'i Watercolor Society: 2021 Open Show is Open Online!

It's time to celebrate our 2021 Open Show! Thank you to all who entered. Whether your work was selected or not, it takes all of our participation and the work of many volunteers to put together our exhibitions. The show is now viewable online at https://www.hawaiiwatercolorsociety.org/shop-the-2021-open-show. Please share this link with friends and family near and far. You can view the work in person at the Downtown Art Center gallery starting Tuesday, August 31, noon-6pm. The show will be up through September 18.
Due to the latest COVID restrictions, we have cancelled our reception. That is usually the time when we announce and honor our award winners. They will now be receiving their awards by mail but let's give them recognition here:
Golden Callus Award for Best in Show
John Krenik -- "Haleakala High"
Charles E. Higa Award
Jimmy Tablante -- "Santo Nino Church Cebu"
McKeague & Haley Award
Nancy Taylor -- "Birds of a Feather"
Juror's Award
Jenee Wonderlich -- "Wild Flowers"
Art Source & Design/Hawaiian Graphics/Sunshine Gallery Award
Annie Strack -- "Cooling My Heels"
