2023 NEIGHBORHOOD BOARD ELECTION VOTING FACT SHEET

IMPORTANT DATES

Friday, April 28, 2023 -- Voting period begins
Tuesday, May 9, 2023 -- Deadline to request a replacement passcode
Monday, May 15, 2023 -- Deadline to request a paper ballot
Friday, May 19, 2023 -- Voting period ends
Friday, May 26, 2023 -- Deadline for mail-in ballots to be received, ballots must be postmarked by Friday, May 19, 2023.
Saturday, July 1, 2023 -- Inauguration for the new Boards

WHERE TO VOTE

Online -- https://web1.hnl.info/nbe/starter
Kapalama Hale, Suite 160 -- 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday

WHO CAN VOTE

Anyone including military personnel, military family members, and legal resident aliens
Had to vote in the last general election or register with the NCO to vote specifically for the Neighborhood Board Elections

INFORMATION ABOUT VOTER PASSCODES

Use passcodes to vote online ALL VOTING ONLINE (if you cannot vote online, contact us and we will send you a paper ballot)
You will not receive a passcode if you are living in an area with an uncontested race
You will not receive a passcode if you did not vote in the general election or register with the NCO
