Rules of Speaking: Anyone wishing to speak is asked to raise their hand, and when recognized by the Chair, to address comments to the Chair. All dialogue at the meeting will be conducted by use of the microphone. Those joining the meeting on Webex are reminded to mute their speakers until they wish to be recognized by the Chair. Anyone not following these rules will be ruled out of order by the Chair. Those providing presentations to the Board are encouraged to do so via a PowerPoint presentation, with a projector and provide handouts for the Board and the community. To permit sufficient time for questions, those giving reports are urged to keep their presentations to under three (3) minutes unless otherwise advised. The public concerns, questions, and comments are limited to two (2) minutes each. The Board questions and comments are limited to one (1) minute each.

Note: The Board may take action on any agenda item. As required by the State Sunshine Law (HRS 92), specific issues not noted on this agenda cannot be voted on, unless allowed for under HRS 92. A majority vote (5) of this 9-member Board is required to meet quorum requirements.
