Bachelor of Fine Arts Awards Ceremony, Sunday, April 21, 2024 Location: 1:00 – 2:00 PM, Art Building, Auditorium, UH Mānoa Exhibition Opening Reception: 2:00 – 4:00 PM, Sunday, April 21, 2024

Students who pursue the rigorous Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) Degree have devoted their last year as college undergraduates to creating the work that is represented here today. ____ identity is the culmination of their college experience. These individuals, in making this work, have found a way to express a segment of what lies at their core. Immersing themselves in their work, they have demonstrated a significant commitment to visual art and design. The diversity of purpose and style represented in these two galleries is astounding. Our students, their families and friends should be proud of their accomplishments. The entire Faculty and Staff in the Department of Art and Art History congratulate this outstanding group of artists and designers. We feel honored to be a minor part of the transformation each of our students has undergone. The exhibitions represent a broad range of cohesive work that demonstrates our students’ potential, and we look forward to the exciting futures that await these talented artists.

The BFA Graphic Design Portfolio Showcase will be held from 5 pm to 7 pm on April 25, 2024, at Capitol Modern.
