As part of the closing celebration for Satoru Abe: 100 New Paintings, at the UH Mānoa Art Gallery, and programming for Satoru Abe: Reaching for the Sun at the Honolulu Museum of Art, join Debra Drexler, Interim Director of the Museum and Galleries, UH Mānoa, and HoMA curators, Katherine Love and Alejandra Rojas Silva, (Associate Curator of Contemporary Art, and Curator of European and American Art, respectively) for a conversation on Satoru Abe’s creative legacy. Join us for light refreshments and a final viewing of the exhibition after the panel discussion.
